Richmond Minor Hockey Association Referees


New officials, please follow the Level1 link to sign up for our October 2nd 2016 Clinic 

(hosted at North Delta Rec Centre).

Level 1 (12 - 15 years)

Returning officials, please follow these links

Level 2 (16 and 17 years)

Level 2 (18 years and older)

All referees must re-certify each year.

All referees who are aged 18 years or older must complete a criminal record check.
